When did you find that your chiropractic billing process had to be fixed?

My previous understanding of most delays was that insurance was to blame, and after a time spent with our administrative team, I realized otherwise. When, in the middle of going through the missed payments, we had a turning point with chiropractic medical billing services, as it enabled us to see the patterns of payments that we had been missing out onfor months. It turns out that small coding errors were more than we thought. Ever since tightening such steps, things have become a lot less chaotic. Wonder what the aha moment was that altered your billing.
