Why is every situational question a total trick?

I am studying for my certification, but I feel like the practice questions are written in a different language. I know the definitions, but I keep picking the wrong answer for what the "project manager should do first" I am so scared I will fail my second attempt. I was so stressed that I actually Googled if someone could do my PMP exam just to see if there was an easier way out. Does anyone else feel like this test is unfair?
