Do These Ads Actually Reflect Real Service?

Hi all, I keep seeing different auto insurance commercials on TV and online, all claiming to be the best and cheapest. It’s honestly hard to know what’s real and what’s just marketing. Has anyone chosen a company based on these ads and had a good or bad experience? I’d really like to hear real opinions before trusting what I see in commercials.
